1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the se2 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the se2 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the se2 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is deemed acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of se2 services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not register more than one account per user.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. se2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to report it promptly.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
By using the se2 platform, users agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violate any laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia.
- Abuse, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to manipulate games or payment systems.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any suspicious transactions.
- Share, sell, or transfer account access to another party.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payments & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the se2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Accepted deposit methods include FPX, TNG, and local bank transfers. se2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, in the interest of user protection and financial compliance.
Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method. se2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors beyond our control. Any discrepancies in transaction amounts must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Se2 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, se2 is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Content or services provided by third parties through links on the platform.
Se2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or breach of terms. Any valid funds in the account will be processed in accordance with internal review procedures before being returned, subject to the relevant investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the se2 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of se2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written permission.
The se2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and se2 does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those websites.
Se2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
